The Israeli made IMI Tavor or TAR-21 is a futuristic, bull-pup rifle designed for urban environments that the Israeli Defence Force often finds itself fighting in. By moving the action into the butt stock, the TAR-21 allows the user to maneuver past tight corners and close spaces.

The Tavor sight is a red reflex sight, eliminating the need to align a fore and rear sight to the target. The sight allows on average a head shot to be made to about 300M due to the magnification gained from the sight.

The Tavor system is highly customisable. Diffrent add-ons for diffrent situations have been developed. The C.T.A.R-21 features a shortened barrel for ship boarding actions while the S.T.A.R-21 has a longer barrel and bipod for marksmenship.
